Hi again, dear readers and fellow breast-cancer-sucks supporters.
I’m like the Where’s Waldo of breast cancer fundraisers.
Did you know that I used to do this? No? Well, I did. I mean, before I had the brilliant idea to go to graduate school and watch my bank account slowly slide down the drain (kind of like the economy).

Anyway. In order to spread the word about this year’s fundraising efforts, I’ll be setting up shop at the first jumper show of the year at Finally Farm’s brand new facility in Raleigh. I’ll have a booth with information about this year’s walk, pictures from last year’s walk and fundraiser, and assorted other goodies. For you riders out there, that means horse treats (and people treats), along with pink ribbons to complete your turn-out. I’ll be snapping pictures of riders who choose to sport the pink ribbon (either on themselves or their horse) and posting them to the website.
That’s right, you can have your fifteen minutes (or seconds) of fame. Just for sporting a pink ribbon and showing support. Oh, and donations are fabulous and always appreciated.
See you this Saturday.
